Misrepresentation Notice
Users are responsible for ensuring all virtually staged images are clearly labeled on the MLS (e.g., "Virtually Staged" or "Digitally Altered") to comply with NAR Article 12 and local MLS board regulations.
Removal of the "Virtually Staged" watermark is a violation of NAR and MLS terms — and ours.
Floor Plan Disclaimer
Any generated 2D/3D floor plans are for visual layout purposes only. All dimensions are approximate and must be verified by a licensed professional. VizeeHome assumes no liability for structural or measurement inaccuracies.
Suggested Disclosure Language
Include a line like the following in your MLS remarks and any caption where the image appears:
"Virtually staged. For illustrative purposes only — not a representation of actual furnishings or condition."
