Our commitment

VizeeHome (operated by Doves United LLC) is committed to making our website and services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.

Standard we aim for

We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target. We also follow the spirit of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it has been applied to commercial websites.

What we do

• Use semantic HTML and meaningful headings.
• Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Maintain sufficient color contrast against our brand palette.
• Make all primary actions reachable by keyboard.
• Ensure focus states are visible.
• Use plain language wherever possible.
• Test interactive flows with assistive-technology in mind.

Known limitations

As a small studio in active development, parts of the site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. Areas we are actively improving include some image galleries, dynamic comparison tools, and embedded third-party components (e.g., the Stripe checkout) whose accessibility is partly controlled by the vendor. If you hit a barrier, please tell us — see below.

Third-party content

Our site embeds tools from third parties (such as Stripe for checkout). We have selected reputable vendors who publish their own accessibility commitments, but we do not control their code. If a third-party component is blocking you, contact us and we will offer an alternative way to complete the task — for example, manually invoicing your order outside the embedded checkout.

Ongoing review

We review accessibility periodically as the product evolves and following any major release. A formal third-party audit is on our roadmap. This statement will be updated as our practices and the site change.
